If I could give 0 stars I would They lost a 500£ parcel and will not refund me , it got Into their depot , got scanned to depot and disappeared. Especially that it was a massive 50kg parcel it can't just get lost. It was huge. Had to refund the buyer . 500£ lost sown the drain. Do not use !!! Never in your life . Better of delivering yourself in your private car !!!!

Before you use this company, just know that they expect you to be home all day and refuse to offer a delivery window. When I called them, the guy made me feel like I was being really unreasonable for requesting a rough time that they would be there, stating “it’s an all day service”. So apparently they don’t track their drivers all day? Utter rubbish. Of course they do. They could easily offer a rough time to their customers. This was for garden furniture worth about £600. I think it’s a basic for a courier to offer a window - most other couriers do! We had to leave our garage open all day in the end which made me feel anxious for the entire day at work. Wouldn’t recommend - these people really don’t care about their customers (as the other reviews also suggest).

AVOID!!AVOID!! What an awful service, you should give your employees a customer training and manners! We just had a delivery of a chest of drawers by one of your guys, first of all he couldn’t find our parcel and complained and slagged his colleague, than when he found it he was throwing it around the lorry and asked me (woman) to pick up the box very heavy and carry myself, also laughed at my face awful!!! I can’t believe some of my money I’ve spent went to your company! I will be contacting Very as well , for using you!!!

Abysmal. Customer service rude and obnoxious. No notice of delivery. Phoned AFTER driver attempted delivery (not sure what the point of the phone call was?). Said the driver could return in 5'. Said I needed 15,0refused. Asked them to leave parcel on drive. Refused. Terrible service.

if we could give a minus we would as paid alot of momey for Saturday morning delivery from van guard for urgent items through Tuffnells delivery service, items never arrived and impossible to contact anyone. like most couriers at moment absolutely useless.
