cdchantler1 StarI used this garage years ago (perhaps in 2006-2007) for an MOT on the ford mondeo i had at the time. I do not know if it is that same management as in 2006-07
My MOT was failed on the wishbone bushes, and they told me they needed to fit new bushes that came as part of a new wishbone.
Upon getting my car back, i noticed that when going round corners the car pitched dangerously to the side.
I took the car back and was told that they had FORGOTTEN to put one of the two large bolts back on the hold the entire wishbone to the car.
At the time i just accepted this and they put the bolt back on (i was young and naïve perhaps), but in retrospect I could have been killed !!
I should have taken legal action at the time against the garage for dangerous and negligent work.Thursday 31st March 2022
