We have had 8 Blinds fitted by this company and we are delighted with both the great products and the professional, courteous service. We would highly recommended and we will definitely use Twyford Blinds and Curtains again.

I do not have a review to write but I am in the interiors business checking out other realtors when I came across this one bad review, to be ignored is definitely bad service but if it is an independent store maybe family run like my business this negative review could influence the success of the business and with shops closing every day surely we should be supporting local companies, this does not sound like a reason for this business to have a bad review just a small oversight. please keep in mind how important reviews are to local businesses.

I personally work for Twyford Blinds and Curtains and we are a family based business that produces the highest quality. I am writing this post as regarding to the below comment from a "Jill Wood". As we seen this reviews and took it into our own hands to find out what had gone wrong. But going through the past 10 years of our records we have found no record regarding a customers name being "wood" as a result in this we know there has been a mix up with companies. We now own a shop in town which was previously owned by another blind company Tiverton Blinds. This is the only logically reason we can think of. Before leaving a customers house we always say that if anything is wrong please dont hesitate to give us a call so we can sort out the problem for you. I am only writing this post because it effects how we look on future customers. If you have any doubts with our work please check our facebook page reviews, photos and websites. Thank you.

Poor fitting....we can't close our blinds without the track falling out of the ceiling. Poor measurements.....blinds are totally uneven. Poor quality fabric. We have since ordered from online blind companies and received a far superior product for literally a fraction of the cost.

Poor customer service. It's disappointing to report that despite asking for a house call nobody can be bothered to be man enough to say I'm sorry we are so busy that we don't want your business. So I sit and wait for the promised call and nothing happens. Oh well, your loss.
