Called on the off chance they could look at a tyre problem. I expected the usual ' we are busy at the moment - come back tomorrow' attitude but Tim went above and beyond and fixed the problem there and then. Outstanding customer service from Tim - polite courteous and efficient. Matty in reception was friendly and helpful too. I can't recommend this company highly enough and as I'm local will certainly return with any future business.

Great service with excellent client care. It was hours before I had to travel to London on business and all places were fully booked. The team here are absolutely brilliant, not only their knowledge but there manner. Every member of the team was friendly and welcoming and the centre manager Matty was exceptional. They dealt with my car straight away and within the day the issues were sorted at an incredibly reasonable rate. It can sometimes be a worry when going to a garage that you're going to ripped off or there will be "unexpected" bills but it simply wasn't the case here!

Awesome! I called up on a Saturday, late afternoon with a small repair, was ready to pick up before they shut, already had a great experience years ago when our caravan tyre went to pieces right outside their place. Would recommend.
