I've used this place twice, the first time I found them pleasant, efficient and they did the geometric wheel balancing very well and helped me out. The second time, I believe under new management, unfortunately they really tried to stiff me, they knew my situation and I didn't have much spare cash, so instead of trying to help out where they could, they gave me a £3000+ bill, with 8 wheel nuts at £63 per nut. They even offered me a discounted bill to help out, at £2500, however after discount this still included trying to charge £50 per individual wheel nut (4 per wheel for 2 wheels, which weren't necessary), which are easy to pick up for pennies compared to £400... Another garage has since helped me out, completing all of the same work for just under £600. I'd avoid this place, there are other alternatives locally and these quotes put me off them completely.
