I recently had a tyre problem with my golf buggy. The buggy was collected and returned within twenty four hours. Thank you for a very efficient and friendly service.

I have a smart device in my car port provided by the AA which is a fantastic piece of equipment that lets you know your car health and also throws up fault codes so you are one step ahead of rogue garages and can have the knowledge right in your hand about your vehicle. Fault codes are shown on a push app on my phone i took it down to tyremarks a few months ago as 2 fault codes came up that bank one and two O2 sensors needed changing they said they had carried out the work i payed them over £300 a few weeks later the same fault codes came up again obviously i wasn't happy as i knew they hadn't done the work!! I took my car back down and my car was looked at again! Mark the owner wasn't there i was told by a so called mechanic which i reckon they were just glorified tyre fitters!! that they didnt know what was wrong with the car but had put hydroflow in he was just blagging rubbish. They had cleared the fault code again i took my car away for the second time and yesterday the same fault codes for my O2 sensors came up for the third time i called them spoke to marks wife she said mark would call me he didn't call me back so i rang again spoke to Mark he literally laughed down the phone he was so rude and arrogant He stated they hadn’t diagnosed the fault themselves but just changed the sensors!! Obviously they didn't change the sensors as the fault codes would have stayed off!!! I could tell he didn’t give a dam about taking customers money and his garage not doing the work this is why i got the device so as to see a garage true motives! I have firm evidence this bunch of cowboys didnt do the work i paid them for DONT GO TO THIS RIP OFF PLACE i also noticed damage to my car after it left there premises it had a small scrape on the end of my bonnet and a scrape over my headlight lens i keep my car immaculate so knew straightaway it was them. This garage hasn’t registered with the Motor Ombudsman which is a red flag in its self as i said before KEEP AWAY

Had my work van booked in for its first service. Ive been in the motor trade all my life, to actually find soneone that cares for your vehicle is excellent. Highly recommend mark and his team. It was clean friendly and extremely professional 👍🏻 keep up the good work.

I originally went to Tyremarks to have a new stainless steel exhaust fitted. I can give nothing but total admiration and praise for the way in which this work was carried out and the way they contacted me to sort a little problem out due to the fact i picked an inappropriate end to the back box. Mark who runs the business is an absolute gent and will gladly give you his time to discuss anything. Joe who fitted the exhaust was an absolute diamond. His knowledge (along with Mark as well of course) is second to run. Following the fitting of the exhaust they also carried out a diagnostic check to see fault codes etc. Once the work was done I left saying I will be returning. To that end I have already returned on 3 other occasions to have a wide range of work done on my BMW E46 3.0i convertible 2004 model that i am restoring. Every bit of work related to each visit has been done to perfection. They even managed to sort out a tracking issue I had. Although I had the car 4 wheel aligned twice before but despite paying for this service, my steering wheel still remained at an angle, But after Tyremarks did it it was spot on. They showed ,e the before and after data print out whereby it was so plain to see the previous attempts left the car in an unaligned tracking situation. Next week I am putting the car back in again to do more work and get the engine and gearbox ECU systems diagnosed and receive the latest software BMW updates which I suspect is way out at the moment. With what I have experienced by taking my car to Tyremarks, I will also be taking my BMW 335D F34 GT on a 68 plate to them to service as I have complete faith in the fact I know they will always do a great job. Well done Tyremarks, you have in me a very satisfied customer that will continue to present you with my cars for whatever work needs to be done. Very many thanks John (Tavistock)

Can't fault this company a single bit. They ordered tyres in for me specifically after I was told elsewhere at my mot that my tyres were getting dangerously low. However, I went there and the mechanic informed me that was rubbish and I still had a lot of wear left! He couldn't in his heart charge me for tyres I didn't need. Well, I will be coming here for mot and services from now on, thank you for your refreshing honesty
