Purchased my Sons first car from UK Motorzone this week. A Fantastic condition DS3. Excellent value for money, Biplov was fantastic not pushy, read us well and knew we wanted some time and distance to go over the car with a fine tooth Combe. Myself and son took the car on an Hour and half long Test drive and returned a list of snags with the vehicle that needed resolving before purchase. Biplov even sent me texts and images of the parts being fixed and replaced as the week progressed. (Not something I had asked for but shows a fantastic level of making sure we were happy) Didn’t matter how big or small the Snag Biplov promised everything would be perfect by the collection date and he delivered on that promise. Later in the year when my wife replaces her car this will be the first place we will call.

I bought a silver Mercedes C Class Estate from Motorzone. Less than a week after purchasing it the breaks failed and I had a crash. The breaks failed whilst going down a narrow country lane. To avoid a head on collision with another car I had to swerve to the side where I hit a fence. The inside rear tyre exploded as I hit the side, and the side mirror was smashed. The breaks then suddenly worked and I stopped the car. After a few minutes I drove off, then as I approached an A road less than 200m from where I had the crash the same thing happened again. Fortunately I was driving very slowly because of what had just happened but I was slowly rolling on to a main road so I had to deliberately crash the car to stop it whilst pumping the breaks. Two seconds later a lorry flew past the bonnet. The lorry was doing at least 50 mph and if it had hit me there is absolutely no doubt I would have been killed. I then discovered the car did not have a wrench in it to change the tyre (which it should have done) so I had to leave it as it was. I rang Motorzone who were very apologetic and told me they would sort it out immediately and they would send a recovery vehicle. The car had just been MOT’d but they said the breaks were not checked so they would look at them and get back to me ASAP. Unfortunately what happened was they picked up the car, then told me there was nothing wrong with it. They said the crash must have been me ‘panicking’ and implied it was my fault. I said there was no way I made a mistake. I have been driving for 20+ years, never once had an accident and have a clean licence - I know the breaks failed. But it was my word against theirs. I asked for my money back and they said they would refund me minus the costs of the damage and recovery. I have sought legal advice and the lawyers said Motorzone would only have offered a refund if they were guilty. I took the refund minus their costs but am pressing charges. I know those breaks failed on me and it was not my mistake. It happened twice. The next person ripped off by Motorzone may not be as lucky as me to walk away.

I had an excellent experience with UK Motorzone! I purchased 2 cars from UK Motorzone. The last one I purhcased was Ford in 2016 and is still running in good condition. I have used them for repairs and MOT services as well.This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. I would definitely consider them again in the future.

I recently bought a car (my first) from UK Motorzone Cambereley and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the first moment I stepped onto the forecourt I was looked after. There was absolutely no pressure and no aggressive sales techniques used which put me at ease. It honestly felt like I was going in to see friends for a coffee rather than being about to hand over thousands of pounds for a car, which is a testament to the team and the way things are run. Help was always at hand with any questions I had. The entire process was explained thoroughly (the car needed a new clutch) and even when I said I definitely wanted the car, I was shown the order for the clutch to show it was a high end one going in. It would have been easy and more cost efficient for them to choose a cheaper clutch to put in for profit purposes but they chose the best quality one. Again, this showed that they are not just there to quickly turn cars around any old way, prioritising profit, but to maximise my experience and provide the best service they possibly could. When problems did arise (small hole in exhaust front flexi joint, and a/c compressor), a quick call was all that was needed, the car was taken back and at a rather significant cost to them, they fixed the issues in an efficient and extremely professional manner. They even cleaned the car inside and out before giving it back which I didn’t ask for! It’s these little things which have enhanced my experience even further! I gave a small contribution towards this as it was quite expensive to repair but felt under no obligation to do so. I feel it was more than deserved for the service provided. In addition to this, they offer a discount on anything that needs doing further down the line and after the warranty has expired which is fantastic. It shows an ongoing professional commitment to me and my car, way beyond what can be expected elsewhere ( I have spoken to a lot of people who have bought cars elsewhere and this is not offered across the board). Overall I couldn’t recommend Biplov and the team at UK Motorzone Camberley any higher, i only gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give any more. The whole experience was fantastic, highly professional, friendly and above all reassuring. If you go anywhere else you are a mug!!!! Thanks again lads!!
