They bring all their own cleaning materials and equipment ( which is so helpful) , and , should something have caused them unavoidably to be held up ( by even 15 minutes), they telephone ! I have used Ultra Home Services (known as My Home when I first used their services) for more than 10 years. Every fortnight, without fail, they have provided an excellent service - even in difficult circumstances such as house moves, construction work in the house, and during the Corona crisis (once this was permitted after Lockdown no. 1).
The work teams are extremely professional: thorough, quiet (no chatting whilst working), careful and polite. Management are also very helpful and professional, and always respond promptly to email.Tuesday 29th November 2022
Jack Jones5 StarI have been using Ultra for my cleaning for over 5 years now. They come to my house every 2 weeks and also carry out end of tenancy cleaning of my rented properties. The staff are allays professional and courteous, they use the relevant equipment and cleaning products to leave my house sparkling every time. I find the staff trustworthy and reliable.
