Polite and courteous, customer service very good, came to measure stairs, we let them down, came again, took measurements, rang back with the price of the carpet we had chosen including underlay etc and fitting. Very pleased with the customer service we received. Will definitely use them again in Sleaford.

First time visit and not impressed with shop- apparently waiting for a refit? Don't see why floor covering gas to be paid for in store but fitter paid seperately on the day. Also i have to take up the existing flooring - or pay extra for fitter to do it --and they don' t take away old flooring? Never been to a company with this sort of 'service' before. Confused? Yes. Hopefully will do a good job but confidence levels not high so far. .
