We've been partnered with UpTech for a number of years and they've always been thorough, dedicated, and willing to assist with any idea, question, or need from the business. Being split across multiple locations, the team have always provided responsive and detailed support to all of our staff. They've helped us migrate from old legacy systems to Microsoft 365 and worked tirelessly to help resolve what could have been a disaster with our shared documents on SharePoint. Senior management have confidently communicated and worked with all levels of our staff to provided additional assurances where needed. Projects have been well managed from beginning to end, with excellent communication and coordination. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and experienced with supporting the various hardware/software requirements of our diverse organisation, which means we are rarely left without a satisfying outcome. UpTech take the time and effort to work with us, which is paramount, as it demonstrates that they understand our business and what needs to be done to achieve our objectives. They don't oversell inflated solutions that would be wasted within our organisation and will happily review ideas with our teams to ensure what they offer meets our needs. I am writing to say thank you for the professional, but friendly manor in which you have dealt with taking over my 365 subscription and implementing my security support package. From the point you helped with my Laptop hardware issue and made that as simple as possible, handling collections and deliveries from Curry’s, I was happy to discuss outsourcing my IT needs. Dylan's dealing with Go Daddy was such a help, as this was beyond my knowledge of what goes on with Microsoft 365. The way in which you have dealt with the project was fantastic, from start to finish it was planned out and now works. Removing my sleepless nights about my data, as I now know it is secure and always accessible.
