We have been trying to sell our home in Fetcham for just over a year. We tried a number of estate agents and we were generally unimpressed with the service we received. V&H were like breath of fresh air. The quality and quantity of potential buyers far exceeded the other agents. They seem to be able to attract potential buyers from a much wider geographical area than other agents. Their communication with us was excellent. We had often felt out of the loop with other agents but with V&H we genuinely felt they were working with us every step of the way. Maria Gliddon, the Sales Manager did a brilliant job for us and she has a really excellent team around her. Based on our experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend V&H Homes.

From the moment we first met the staff at V&H, we knew we'd be in good hands. Without exception, everyone we dealt with was helpful, polite, courteous, friendly, highly professional and very supportive as we dealt with the stress of putting our house on the market while endeavouring to find and then purchase our next home. V&H's quality of service is exceptional. They may not be as well known as the larger, more prominent Estate Agents in the area, but they make up for this by dint of sheer hard work and total commitment to the sale of the properties in their portfolio. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

We bought and sold our house through V&H Fetcham and the service we received was very professional from start to finish. The pricing was very clear and they managed to find a buyer for our house within a week. I highly recommend the company for anyone looking to buy or sell!

V & H Fetcham were representing the vendor of the property I was buying. They have been so informative, friendly and efficient and helped me through a very difficult chain, despite the fact I wasn't even their client. I used an online agent myself and the level of service from them was embarrassingly bad. If I was to ever to move again or had to recommend an agent I would definitely choose V&H in Fetcham.
