Simone Illger5 StarExcellent service from start to finish, great communication, a good selection of fabrics. The fitter came and removed existing curtains (25 years old!) and hung the new ones in their place, taking time to get the pleated top evened out. Very useful to me as I have a disability and wouldn't have been able to do this without help from another person.

Kum Patel5 StarVery efficient service from beginning to the end. I was offered appointment on my first call and Callum came with the samples. I chose what I wanted whilst he carried out measurement. He then explained how the day and night blind works in a simple way that I understood. Callum then explained the procedure for ordering the blinds and as I wa the blinds fitted, he offered the fixing date. So in just one visit everything was completed.
The fitters were professional and were helpful in showing and explaining about the fitted blinds.
I have been already talking to my family and friends about how brilliant service the Vale Curtains and Blinds Bicester provides. II am already considering other windows in my house to supply blinds for.
