We hired these to take away a lot of rubbish from Minchinhampton Cotswold Club and they turned up on time. The Driver Stuart was an absolute star, helping us with all the rubbish to make it a swift turnaround, couldnt have been more helpful, helping with the heavy stuff and even helping getting stuff from the cellar. definately have no problem on recommening him and the company, and will definately use again.

Brilliant. Have used over last few weeks for multiple grab muck away loads and deliveries of aggregates. Customer Service from the office staff outstanding with arranging these multiple loads, often same day and always by following day.

Have used this company for a few years now and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Their customer service is second to none and they go the extra mile in a way that is rare these days. The drivers are professional and considerate, the rates are good value and the office staff are outstanding! Highly, highly recommend!

Competitive price and good comms. Customer service who I booked with were polite and knowledgeable, they made an effort to save me money. Called the day before to confirm road permit was in place and they would arrive the next day as planned. Called on the morning to let me know an ETA. Drivers were polite and dropped the skip where I wanted it. Arrived to collect when they said they would. Would use again.

Avoid. When Cotswold kitchens collapsed they had contracted Valley Trading to put a skip in our driveway. I contacted Valley Trading and asked them to collect their skip. They refused until I paid £130. So not only did we lose out on our kitchen installation, Valley Trading sought to recover their loss from us when in fact they should have joined the queue of creditors against the charlatans that ran Cotswold Kitchens. Given they have no qualms about kicking someone when they are down, I wouldn’t again and I urge others, not to use them. Find another firm with more scruples. Just to add to this, potential customers might like to consider the reckless way some of their drivers charge around the county as if they own the roads!
