❗️❗️❗️Being a customer of Verisure UK for 3 years and unfortunately received a very nasty surprise from them today 😤 They came today into my house to install something and damaged my property, particularly a phone, which was on the charger near the sofa. There is absolutely nothing else , just phone, charger and sofa! Oh well, and there were also Verisure technician‘s EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS, which he probably dropped on the phone and left without saying anything. Don’t need to be an expert to say that the damage seen on the pictures made of something heavy dropped on it. Of course after he left we have noticed the damage and rang customer services, where I was ridiculed and told “You can’t prove anything so goodbye”. Of course I can’t prove anything, even having their camera in the room, apparently it only takes pictures. The main thought is that I have hired this company to protect my property, not to damage it! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Their customer service is the worst experience ever, never felt so neglected. Please avoid!
