Had service and health check on the 7th. when power steering failed on the 9th they only wanted to talk about the investigation fee In fairness it was not the branch that was unhelpful and somewhat disinterested but a centralised answering service Offered a booking with replacement car but not three weeks. Disappointing second contact

Trying to get a cost for clutch master cylinder for my v40. Always carried out service and other works. In the past, had reminder about service, now nothing. Spoke to 3 people regarding price, all very unhelpful. Need to up your game.

Since the takeover by Vertu, the experience trying to contact Volvo Yeovil has deteriorated. Now contacts go via a call centre and if you are lucky they answer and when they do answer, the agents are absolutely useless with no clue. They dont return calls when requested.

Guy was most helpful as were the other staff. He provided me with a very informative test drive. The car was delivered to Glasgow by Stewart, who despite the long drive spent a great deal of time going over all the car controls and features. I also drove the car again to be fully satisfied. An excellent experience overall.

No coffee. Because of covid. Understandably. Unfortunately the car has been called in for safety recall . Which has not been completed. Because of lack of parts!!! Also some jobs had been completed but the gear stick surrounding hasn't been put back together properly and has dropped down Also Center console isn't fitted back properly there is a big gap at the top and is squeaking badly. I am just glad it they didn't have to fix the brakes, imagine !!!!!
