I have had treatments from Rachael over many years and her ability to find the source of the problem is very impressive. The adjustments have improved my spinal status and also reduced problems arising from a chronic inflammatory lung condition. Having worked in a conventional medical background it is interesting to see how a more holistic approach to the body can be so beneficial. A fabulous leg massage, from Caro, also impressed. I was lucky enough to visit Vibrant Life Centre when holidaying in North Devon. The first thing you notice on entering the centre is the lovely calm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are helpful and welcoming. I chose a Brain Tap session, it’s a lovely combination of deep relaxation, meditation and mindfulness-absolutely amazing. If I lived locally I would be using the centre weekly and definitely trying more of the therapies on offer. A truly wonderful experience, I can’t wait to visit again when next in the area.
