The viewing I had with Sarah when I first found the property was great, she was so friendly and made me feel at ease so I could not doubt her for a second so thank you Sarah. The issues occurred during my tenancy and after. I was located in Church Grove on Fleet and there was often certain neighbours shouting/arguing right outside my door, throwing item such as a washing line/bins/plant pots etc. As a lone female I did not feel safe at all to leave my flat at times, especially as the downstairs doors did no lock after being told I could get a key. The doors were even prodded open over night, again another reason to not feel safe. The people next to be smoked in the flat with the windows open meaning this smell came into my flat (not tobacco...) The parking was an issue which was never highlighted to me when I rented the property with certain tenants blocking two spaces so they could park two cars. Due to the safety concerns I handed in my notice to then be charged £189 for a clean when the flat was not clean when I entered with debris being in the bath. I paid this due to just wanting my deposit back but they could never show me any proof of invoice. I spent 6 hours cleaning the flat myself which I should not have bothered! Overall - I would not use this agency again which is a shame as I mentioned Sarah who did my viewing was 10/10.

Sarah Morris was exceptional in her customer service. Felt like we had known eachother for years. Professional kind and personal. Unfortunately the property we viewed wasn’t quite what we were looking for but if it was based solely on the Estate agent we would have taken it in a heart beat.

Me and my partner have been looking for a place to rent for a few months and kept just missing out, we found a place on right move that Vickery put on and we called them that same day, from the first phone call you could tell that this a company full of great staff that want to get you somewhere and want the best by potential renters/buyers. They had booked us a viewing for the next day and as we both work different hours, they were able to get it at the only time we could both do so that was so appreciated! On first viewing we met Sarah and let me tell you she was the nicest and most caring estate agent that we have met since we first started looking, it was nice to not have someone who was just so ‘professional’ sarah had personal chats with us and really got to know us on the viewing and it was great that we both loved the property because we could tell Sarah immediately we wanted it and from there she kept us updated constantly and it was great that she was the one who delivered the news. Even after we then got the property and details were passed over to Lisa in Admin, Sarah still emails to keep in contact to see how we are and you just don’t get that anywhere else. I would not only recommend Vickery but I would recommend Sarah to show properties as well because it’s not often you get someone like her. Thank you so much for your help Sarah! Elliot & Paige

We took advantage of the offer of the “All in one” service from Vickery, and we were very pleased to do so. Vickery run a well organised system so all of the legal paperwork can be handled efficiently, this minimised the amount of work we had to do! All in all, a very smooth and easy process. We had some delays caused by our end, Elliot was very professional and helped us by communicating with us and the purchaser of our property to make sure everyone was kept up to date and the transaction still went through. On the legal paperwork side, I dealt mainly with Allison, and she was lovely, she helped to explain all of the steps and helped to keep me organised. We received our original paperwork back, all neatly organised. From the very beginning, we were really impressed with Vickery. We worked mainly with Elliot, and Sarah at the start. Their approach was the main reason we chose Vickery. They understood our particular situation and always followed our instructions to keep the house spotless in between viewings.

Stuart James and his team were excellent dealing with everything to do with selling my Mum’s house.. Keeping me updated every week on the progress. Nothing was too much trouble.Always acting on what needed to be done promptly and professionally. He was accurate with the price to market the house..We had loads of interest and viewings. Soon selling the house even tho We were in the middle of Covid.. Thanks to all the Team. Would recommend Vickery Estate Agents to everybody.
