Visiting Angels have worked hard to meet my mum's varying and sometimes contrary needs, for which I've been very grateful. They are always kind and considerate to mum and me. Sally, her main carer, will do whatever mum requires to help her have a better day (within the constraints of her job role) and, when I see Sally, she will always considerately discuss mum's needs with me. The team will use their extensive knowledge to offer ideas to improve her home situation and care and in turn, are very supportive to us both. Thanks to the Team and in particular, Shah and Sally.

Visiting Angels carers have been punctual and professional and seemed to have the training and experience appropriate to mum's needs. Management has been easily contactable, responsive and communication has been good. Our experience of Visiting Angels' services has been positive.

We have been using visiting angels for the past 4 months now and have found this company to be very professional. I feel very at ease leaving my client with a member of their staff knowing he is in good hands and being kept safe. The girls are polite and punctual and also willing to go the extra mile to keep my client happy whether it be taking him out for coffee or just keeping him entertained at home. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Grandma had a fall at home and although she was initially reluctant to have carers in her home, within a few weeks, she looked forward to the carers coming around. Communication between myself and the office is great as they always keep me updated with any changes. Would recommend them as they give the family peace of mind as we dont live locally.

We are so pleased with the care my parents have received from Visiting Angels I live in the opposite part of the country and have no other family near by to look in on them. My father refuses to leave his own home, so home care was the only way to go. They were recommended by a friend at the Church. My mother is, shall we say, difficult. She gave a lot of pushback to the process, but they were patient and kind, and completely understood her feelings. They are thorough and caring and I have total confidence that my parents' needs are being met.
