They are extremely professional, hugely communicative and all of the staff and management truly care about their clients. Mum’s care needs have increased significantly in the past few months and Visiting Angels have accommodated us at every hurdle. Mum relates so well to all of the Angels and I really do not know how we would have coped without them. I cannot recommend them highly enough - absolutely brilliant.Saturday 26th March 2022
Bee M5 StarA genuinely caring agency. Would highly recommend. I have worked for this agency and it is the only agency in this area that I would work for. I have met all the staff and all show a caring and empathetic manner. The training I received really did prepare me for care work. When I felt unsure I was also offered extra shadowing. The staff are all very professional and knowledgeable and I have learnt a lot from them.

Amanda Wing5 StarFrom the initial enquiry onwards I have found all aspects of Visiting Angels to be outstanding.
The management team go above and beyond to listen, advise and support and offer a truly personalised package.
The angels really are angels. They have taken time to build a positive relationship with my family as well as my mum and I am reassured that she is receiving fantastic care.
Mum has dementia and can at times be uncooperative but the angels have built such trust and respect that she responds positively to their prompts.
Mums dignity is respected and her emotional well-being is very well looked after with the carers at times playing mums favourite music and taking the time to sit and chat.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angels to anyone in need of nome care.Wednesday 5th January 2022
