Really wanted to use these when i had an issue with my XF, tried calling multiple times and left messages, never got back to me! everytime I called it went to answerphone and this was in working hours Went with Neil Smith Tramsissons in the end and he was great, disappointed I did not get a call back about my issue as really wanted to go with WMTP :(

What a professional company to repair or maintain your auto gearbox. We had a pretty major issue with our mercedes SLK auto gearbox and through Delamere motors was recommended VMTP Midlands. They soon found the problem (broken radiator matrix allowing coolant to contaminate the gearbox oil) the box was stripped and rebuilt and we had the car back a week later driving as new. Nigel from VMTP kept us informed all along the way and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The warranty explains everything you'd need to know about the repair and using the auto box carefully after such a rebuild. I couldn't recommend VMTP enough and would always pass on their details to anyone with auto box issues. Thank you to everyone there who worked on our car it was returned as good as new.

VMPT Limited - Absolutely fantastic service. Lovely people to deal with who know their specialism. I had my ZF gearbox serviced no fuss, good price and was welcomed by a nice cup of coffee or two while I waited. Will be going back and have already recommended them to a friend who will need his ZF box serving later in the year! My initial contact was via email with Nigel, followed a day or two later on the phone with Nigel, to book in for the service. The whole process was clear, simple and very easy. Looks the business for serious auto gearbox issues but unfortunately cost me £48 for 30 mins of fault finding where they couldn’t find anything. Ultimately expensive but would consider them if you already know what the issue is due to friendly service and reputation.
