Unfortunately I won’t be visiting this dealer again as I have lost trust in their professionalism in both the sales and servicing departments. My issue started when I was discussing with their sales team the sale of my car to them. Their sales tactics were very aggressive and it put me off. It turned out they then amended the service history of my car which I found out by luck. I don’t know why, but potentially it was to improve the sales potential of my car if they bought it. The resolution of this issue initially seemed straightforward, however a month later and nothing happened. Apparently the issue is now resolved, but it’s too late.
