Supporting you

We can provide support to meet your nursing and personal care needs, ranging from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day.

We can support you to enjoy activities of your choice – this could include taking part in sports, going to the cinema or bowling or meeting up with friends. We can help you to find out about education and job opportunities in your area and support you through the application process. Travelling to and attending college or work, is also something we could support you with, if you wish.

We also have experience of supporting people to find somewhere to live, look after their home, find out what benefits they are entitled to and manage their money. We can put you in touch with landlords in your local area who may have vacant tenancies and can support you through each stage of applying for a tenancy and moving to your new home.
