We are taking as many precautions as possible to reduce the risk of coronavirus within our businesses. For the benefit of you and our colleagues we have a 2 metre ‘social distancing’ area in reception and we are regularly cleaning all surfaces. We are using disposable gloves when moving or working on your vehicle.
When you drop off your vehicle we understand you may not wish to come into the building. If this is the case then please pull up outside and sound your horn and we will come out, serving you at the appropriate distance.
Please remove any key fobs as we will be placing your single key in a plastic bag for hygiene reasons.

For me I find it better than going to any Audi main dealer, as the experience seems far more intimate and you are much closer to the people who are actually working on vehicle. J S5 Star( 1st Visit)
Took my S3 here for a minor service. Was very happy with the work completed.
Dropped the car in at 8:30am and received back by 10:30. Very efficient!
Engine oil and filter was changed. Then an inspection was carried out. where I received an in depth video of all the things I need to deal with or to look out for.
As I said. Very happy with the service. A decent Audi garage that won’t rip you off. Very knowledgeable.

They said call in the same day that I phoned, and on arrival I was dealt with immediately and job done in 20 minutes with no charge for labour.
