STAY AWAY!! i Was looking for a rental and was initially dealing with someone called Aaron. He was very professional in our conversations and setup a viewing time for Saturday 1.30pm. He had just given me the post code the day before and I went to look at property on the Friday evening myself to judge if location and house was a fit. I had decided it wasnt for me and was going to call to cancel viewing but they called to check if i was going at 9.30am Saturday morning. It wasnt Aaron that called and I explained to the man that called I would not be going to viewing and he then proceeded to lecture me in a very condescending way about people cant change their mind on day of viewing and then sarcastically told me good luck with my house searching and ended call. I think I dodged a bullet here if this is the way they talk to customers. Having to deal with people like that if in the property and had issues would be horrendous.

Awful customer service and extremely unprofessional. My partner rang up to book a viewing for a house in Folkestone and was dealing with Aaron. He was rude and obnoxious and proceeded to tell my partner we could not afford to rent the property on our income bearing in mind the current bungalow we rent is more expensive than the House we were looking at. I would avoid this company they are horrendous !!!!!

Wards made the process of buying my first home easy. They supplied all advice and guidance needed. Once we had our offer accepted we were allocated Jodi Wyncoll as our sales progressor. Jodi was fantastic, she was always contactable and made sure the sale went smoothly. Any issues that arose, she was straight on it and helped get a quick resolution. She was very polite and knowledgeable.

I cannot fault Wards in Dover. I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years and Wards in Dover have by far been one of the best. Really good communication. Very prompt with responses. Very friendly service all round. The mortgage advisor they recommend is also great and highly recommended.
