They are always polite and professional on the phone and always seem to go the extra mile to make sure that they can provide a taxi promptly. They are actually very accurate with their timings for arrival. The drivers are always polite, courteous and helpful. Also having first hand knowledge of the local areas. The vehicles they provide are always maintained clean to a high standard, adding reassurance in respect of the current covid situation. Drivers are also always masked too.
