Waterfield House is located in the small village of Bradford Peverell, just three miles north west of Dorchester.
The house sits on the banks of the famous River Frome chalk stream, with stunning views either from the Juliet balcony in your room, or various parts of the garden, over the river and the flood plains. There is plenty of wildlife to be enjoyed, including Kingfishers, Herons and Egrets and along the riverbank you can also see Brown Trout.
The King size bedroom has an en suite wet room / shower, separate bath, twin sinks and lavatory.
With off-road parking, no street lighting, the sound of the river gently flowing and magnificent views, Waterfield House makes a perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful Dorset countryside.

Tony Scott5 StarWe stayed one night in Dec 2021 and were so impressed by the room, house, grounds and host; who was so accommodating and friendly. The lovely breakfast is taken overlooking the river.
Fantastic setting right on the river's edge, and we'll be back in the summer to enjoy the longer days and the walk to the next village of Stratton where the Saxon Arms pub is excellent for food and ales.Thursday 2nd December 2021

Christopher Beaves5 StarThis was an absolute gem of a find. A beautiful house in an amazing location on the banks of the cascading river Frome. Throw in a couple of wonderful canine hosts and their owners and it was simply bliss. The background sound of tumbling water really made for an extremely peaceful couple of nights. The room and bathroom were equally superb, with far reaching views over the adjacent valley. Just brilliant.Sunday 18th July 2021
