We sold our property through Waterfords Fleet, and would definitely highly recommend. Henry and Ben were both fantastic throughout our long-distance move. Our main contact was Henry, and he was always available to offer reassuring and professional advice. We would go as far as to say he was the ‘linchpin’ that kept the lines of communication flowing through our chain, and was also very much the ‘calming influence’ during the more stressful parts of the process. He was always willing to step in and problem-solve with other professionals, and worked tirelessly to achieve the end result of completion. We have just completed on our new house and I can only say the most amazing things about Waterfords. In particular, we have been dealing with Sandra Krol, who was there for us throughout the whole process. The sale took quite a few months to complete due to reasons beyond anyone's control, but Sandra was keeping us constantly informed and was actively chasing both parties until we managed to complete. Whatever it was required, she put all her efforts to make it happen and we cannot thank her enough for that! We are ever so grateful for her care and attention and we feel that if it wasn't for her, we may have not completed in the end at all. She is a true asset to the Waterfords team and we were so lucky to have her on our side during this journey! We highly recommend this agency if you are buying your first property like we did :)
