I visited the Milton Keynes store and was served by Alice. Alice delivered exceptional customer service and really listened to my preferences to help me find the perfect dress. Within 4 dresses (which Alice picked) I decided on my perfect dress - Alice helped dress me perfectly, ensuring I was comfortable and happy. There is so much variety and options of dresses here in terms of sizing, styles, price ranges & accessories. The store is very spacious with comfy sofas and changing rooms. I brought along 4 family members and there was plenty of space for them, & wheelchair accessibility. We felt very welcomed, & had the loveliest & easiest experience. There is ample parking right outside (free) and toilets inside. So happy with my experience here, I walked away feeling happy and confident knowing I had found a dress to suit me for the big day. The dress and accessories are boxed up on the day ready for you to take home. They also give a list of recommended seamstresses to help for the adjustments to the dress. Alice thank you for being so wonderful & professional - you made this experience extra special for me.

Such an amazing store! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went on a Saturday at 9am, as soon as the store opened and luckily we got seen to straight away. I brought 4 bridesmaids as well as my mum, there is plenty of space. We were greeted at FOH and I was taken through the store, past the racks and sat down in a comfortable area next to the fitting rooms. Millie took us through different questions to see which styles I preferred and didn’t rush me . She was pretty understanding in the fact that we were starting from scratch because I didn’t know what I wanted. She took us to the fitting part of the store and I tried on 3 different dresses when I saw another person trying on a beautiful dress that was nowhere near the style I wanted. I fell in love with it instantly when Millie helped me into it. Just to be sure I tried on 2 more dresses but the dress I fell in love with was just the better option. Point is… though all of this 6 dresses, I believe, Millie didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or like I was an inconvenience. I was definitely a hard customer but she didn’t give up. She is a credit to the company. Her people skills are great. I will be recommending this place to my fellow future brides 100%. Thank you Team MK.

My mum and I visited the MK store yesterday. this is our second time in this store, the first being last year. We had such a positive experience with Fiona who was so professional and helpful. We tried on an array of different dresses and styles until we found the one and thank god we did as my wedding is next week!! Thank you Fiona and the rest of the staff for uplifting this very stressed bride and helping me leave with a smile!!

Went over to the Wed2be in Milton Keynes as had been in the Northampton branch earlier in the day and it had been a little underwhelming. Nothing to do with the staff, they were pleasant and lovely, but they did not have many dresses in in my size. I would recommend travelling to Milton Keynes if you can as the selection they had there was fantastic! All staff we encountered were friendly and approachable and it was a pleasure to be there. Millie helped me find my dress and within 2 dresses she nailed my requirements and made me feel so special. She helped kit me out with a veil and topper and I loved the final look. Definitely recommend to anyone looking.

I visited WED2B on Sunday with my friends, I have just started my wedding journey and I had no idea what to expect and wanted to find dresses that suited me. I was welcomed by Tasha, and straight away was made to feel at ease. I was worried about whether I was even going to be able to try dresses on as I know some bridal shops don't always stock the sizes you need, but there was so much to choose from I was really surprised. Tasha was so nice, she allowed us to have a look through the dresses and even made some suggestions of what dresses to try based on what she was hearing me say to my friends. She was so sweet, so calm, so uplifting the whole time, was so patient as my mum and another friend wasn't with me so I was making video calls for their opinion and she had no issues with things going a little bit slower so they could see the dresses. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to buy the dress due to not having a date set along with other reasons, but they held the dress for me until the end of the day and allowed me to fo away and think which I also really appreciated! And I ended up getting the dress! I said yes! The whole experience was amazing, I'm so happy and thankful for the whole experience and I cannot even begin to put into words how much I appreciated my time with Tasha and all of her help the whole way through!
