After reading the reviews on this branch I was worried about visiting however, I was treated incredible, the shop was clean and an upbeat mood was felt. I was there to an exchange a dress that I had changed my mind over, which was no problem to the manager. I requested 4 dress names and was told they are waiting for me in the room. I suggest getting to the store at opening time or expect a waiting time, not sure why people complain of this, it is clear that it is a walk in shop and the assistants will give everyone a service they deserve. Also don't complain if they don't have your dress in stock... you can call ahead and check the dress stock! My assistant was knowledgeable, happy and confident. I never felt rushed at any point and was given time inside the changing room alone and asked how I felt in it. I was advised on what looked good and what didn't. There is no forcing of sale and you are given time to think and be in the dresses. Amazing service and great vibe within the store by all assistants. Thank you Southampton branch, so happy I chose to visit and purchase an absolutely stunning and high quality dress.

The staff at Wed2B are all so genuinely friendly and helpful. Amy H was amazing and helped me to find my dream wedding dress, which I was starting to think I’d never find. Amy was kind, patient and offered helpful suggestions. The staff don’t work on commission and so genuinely just want you to look and feel wonderful, which means there’s absolutely no pressure to buy. Great value, great choices and lovely accessories, all at seriously competitive prices. The quality of the material in my dress is amazing and I’m so pleased with it. Could not recommend wed2b highly enough to any brides to be.

I had an amazing experience. Amy H was the person that served me and honestly you girls are amazing I’m a plus size girl and you made me feel so comfortable in my dream dress you honestly gave me the amazing princess feeling I was looking for. I walked away happy with my dream dress and all accessories and the first dress I tried on it was perfect 😍 I would definitely recommend you guys to everyone ❤️ Thank you so much 😊

I came here at 2pm on a Saturday to try on wedding dresses for the first time and was helped straight away, although it got busier soon afterwards. I was nervous but Mia was very friendly and understanding and listened to my thoughts throughout the process. She made the dressing and undressing as comfortable and straightforward as possible and helped us take photos. Thanks to her expertise I was able to try on a suitable range of dresses and in the end my favourites were those that she suggested that were slightly different from what I had had in mind. I felt able to ask for anything I needed or wanted. Overall I had a really good experience.

Shopping for a wedding dress here was very enjoyable, even as someone who had been quite nervous! Wait times were very reasonable for a Saturday during the summer holiday, no more than 15-20 mins, and the staff were very attentive and helpful in helping us choose which dresses to try on, helping us change, and offering accessories to try. As myself and my fiancée were trying on dresses together they had us in opposite changing rooms with our guests in the middle, so for each dress we could reveal them to each other which was very fun! The process of putting down a deposit and buying the dresses was easy and stress-free, and I can't forget to mention how amazing the prices are here - I didn't expect the dresses to be so nicely made, comfortable, and beautifully detailed for such good prices!
