The personal service and advice from my stylist is second to none, she will even work her days off to accommodate my busy lifestyle. Wendy & Hayley also worked their magic on my wedding day with my hair and make up as well as for my daughters prom. Absolutely love visiting this salon, always a pleasant experience and all the girls are amazing! Constantly being asked if I need anything or another cup of tea My hair is the best it has ever been and I couldn’t thank them enough for it! 100% recommend visiting the girls here, can’t wait for my next appointment! Took my daughter to Wendy’s Hair & Beauty one lunchtime to have her ears pierced at The Beauty Rooms. The lady who looked after us was lovely and put my daughter at ease straight away. 5 ⭐️ Jordane always does a fab job! Whether it’s my colour and cut or occasion hair - I always come out feeling great after -thank you!! My daughters also have their haircuts with Jordane and they love going to see her - they always feel at ease and chat away!! 5⭐️

My daughter bought a voucher for £70 for the pamper package pre Covid and because of circumstances I couldn’t use the voucher partly due to the shop being shut and partly as I had moved house and lost the voucher. When I found it, it was expired so I ask if the shop would honour it and they flat out refused. I then ask if they would honour half of it and I was told in a very brisk manner NO.. I was told that this is their busiest time so I said I wouldn’t mind waiting until the new year and was once again told NO.. once they expire there’s nothing we can do!! I thought..well it’s your rules, surly you can do something!! I was ready to start going back into this salon to support local businesses and would have started getting my nails done every 3 weeks and my hair for a cut and colour every 6 weeks like I used to do. With an attitude like this, I will take my business elsewhere.. To a salon that may be a bit more understanding that £70 is a lot of money to give to a business just to be told there’s no negotiation as THE EXPIRY date of a voucher is past.. I wish my daughter had given me her hard earned money directly..
