Absolute dive! Just book somewhere else! I'd like to say its ok for the money but for £70 a night for a single bed you would expect more. Bar staff are rude with service that is just terrible and reception staff are unhelpfull, it is not a good experience. I've had to endure this place for 4 night while working in Norwich, granted it is summer but the rooms are ridiculously hot. I asked every day for a fan at reception but was told they have all been given out, so clearly they know there is an issue with the rooms being too hot which is why they have any fans at all but they are too tight to buy enough fans for each room (a fan for £20 from asda would help). I would be devastated to think I'd booked this and was bringing family or staying for a break away and find black mould in the bathroom. The TV is smaller than my laptop screen so I just didn't bother turning it on. You'll be glad to find out you can send a fax for £1.50 though in the welcome book, this is an indication of how dated the rooms are. If the rooms are this bad (mould) where everyone can see, it makes me dread to think about the cleanliness of the kitchen or any of the leasure parts of the place where customers don't see.

Generally a well laid out Gym with a good range of Cardio to strength and conditioning equipment ( this is not a Power Lifters gym) , some dated equipment, but more adequate if visiting the Hotel and you need a workout 💪👍

Brilliant leisure centre with very friendly and helpful staff. Members are all friendly and aqua classes are good fun

Staff so polite, nothing is too much trouble. I had the salmón and prawn salad which was lovely. In the main restaurant overlooking the green is the perfect spot.
