James Stone who I was dealing with was very helpful, communicative and West Heath Garage ended up fixing things at their end even though it wasn't their mistake, in order to ensure the sale went through and then delivered the car to my home within hours. Courtenay Watts5 StarContacted via Autotrader for a test drive and got a call back the same day. Expected a typical 1 hour test drive, got offered a Subaru for the weekend. As a result, bought a 6 month old Subaru Outback. Easy from start to finish, James answers all emails and calls quickly. I will be using them for servicing and would certainly buy from them again.
