I even called ahead to ask if card was definitely ok otherwise I would have got cash out, but they said it’s fine. The driver felt very strongly that cards are killing the industry.

Joan Seaman5 StarController, Chloe, arranged a taxi at short notice to Pembury hospital for the next day. Sylvie and i were worried about being late but Chloe fitted us in and ensured we arrived on time. Upon leaving we called Chloe who again arranged to pick us up. When the taxi arrived she made sure we didn’t get in until confirmation of correct driver. We didn’t get good news at the hospital but being safe and looked after really made a difference.

Francis Cowe4 StarWe got really stuck 2 weeks ago on way to France when M20 closed. Taxi driver from the station showed us way through the lanes and got us in right direction. Tanya Bertillon1 StarI needed a lift from Gatwick to Borough Green and they charged £75 cash, stating that they could not accept card payment, and the receipt was a handwritten note on the back of the business card. I am now unable to claim back the cash from work and they are refusing to issue a legitimate receipt. Multiple calls have all ended in the same frustrating way.Wednesday 17th August 2022
Keeley Skeet1 StarStates that they are open 24 hours, but trying to phone for a taxi to Maidstone hospital at 3am this morning and there was no answer when I phoned 7/8 times. If you are not available 24hrs do not advertise so on your website….Tuesday 10th January 2023
