AIMS OF OUR PRE-SCHOOL

To provide a happy, fun and stimulating environment for the children, which encourages their development through the provision of appropriate learning opportunities and experiences.

To ensure the safety of the children in our care.

To achieve the outcomes of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

To provide equality of opportunity for all children and families.

To make pre-school accessible to children and families from all sections of the local community.

To identify and assess special educational needs, and to make appropriate provision.

To follow the fundamental British values of Democracy, Rule of law, Individual liberty and mutual respect for everyone, in many ways including offering the children choice and respecting their choices. Collaborating with the children to make rules and following them. Learning about and valuing each others cultures and faiths. Fostering self esteem and encouraging children to take risk in a safe environment.
