Breakfast box is delicious and excellent value for money . The oatcakes are the best in the area too. I ordered online and it was ready on time for me to collect. Highly recommend.

Never thought I’d be writing a negative review on this favoured oatcake shop of my local area. However, lately I have been experiencing very poor customer service. For instance I went in the other day and was spoken to very poorly, the man behind the counter had an attitude towards me throughout my order then proceeded to tell me I should have came in earlier, there was still over an hour till he closed but he refused to make a fresh batch of pikelets or give me one of the three bags under the counter because “they were his and he’s taking them home” I walked out of the shop empty handed and shan’t be going again anytime soon. I never had this problem when the old man and his wife ran the shop and I feel for them deeply as I fear this man (who I’m presuming is there son) will ruin the business completely.

Cheap ingredients need more variety on bread. Tried twice now wont be going again. Nice oatcakes tho
