If you're making a trip to our Essex Showroom we are located in Wickford, Essex which is only 11 miles away from the fantastic seaside location of Southend-on-Sea, home to the UK's longest pier. Whilst you're in Essex why not visit some of the fantastic spots made famous by popular reality television series The Only Way is Essex. Our 50,000 sq. ft. Distribution Centre is located in Colchester where you will also find the famous Colchester Zoo where you can feed the Elephants and Giraffes. If you're interested in Essex history why not pay a visit to Hadleigh Castle to see the castle ruins and the Olympic Mountain Biking Track used in the 2012 Olympics. Or perhaps see a spectacular show in one of Essex's many theatres. Whatever you fancy, Wickford has a great railway station whereby you can get to all of these locations - including London - in under 45 minutes.
Essex is a great sporting county with 2 major football teams Southend United and Colchester United who have both reached the Championship at some point in their history. Plus, the county is home to Essex County Cricket Club, the Lakeside Hammers Speedway Team, the Chelmsford Chieftains Ice Hockey Team and the Essex Leopards Basketball Team as well as the aforementioned Olympic Mountain Biking track.
Essex is located immediately north-east of London and has many modes of transport including Southend Airport, Stansted Airport and train lines directly into London. So there is no excuse not to visit this great county.

Charlie C1 StarPurchased a 12 seater rattan garden set in 2021. This cost well over £2000. It’s the second summer I have had with this set and all the cushions have already faded and discoloured.
Spoke with the store who said I need to email regarding this issues as it shouldn’t have happened. After two weeks I finally get a reply saying I only have one year warranty on the cushions and I am not able to replace them.
Extremely poor in my opinion. I won’t be make any more expensive purchases from this company again. Zero aftercare from the company and willing to let faulty good be sent to customers.Saturday 8th July 2023
james buckingham1 Star6 seater dinning set, chairs came damaged! Sent out four replacement chairs also damaged. Then said they could not guarantee the condition of chairs so offered compensation. I agreed to the compensation then arranged collection, three times I have waited in for collections with no one turning up. Now white stores are not replying to emails!
Alex order ref #SO2068618. It is now four time I’ve waited in all day for collection with no one turning up.

Rich P1 StarThink twice before ordering from this company - I ordered a Titan Pergola with 2 retractable sides. When my items arrived half my order was missing. My delivery alone cost £86. I had to email many times and call to find out where the rest of my order was this took a further 15 days to arrive with a new order being issued in the end but this was with me chasing Alex Brignull (Quality Assurance Manager) he promised in his emails a good will gesture which is a load of rubbish as I have emailed since receiving my order 4 days ago and he now can’t seem to respond. If you don’t want to be left disappointed and frustrated don’t order.Saturday 3rd June 2023
Jonathan Pang5 StarWent to the store to get an umbrella for our barbecue outside for our garden! It took us an hours drive to get there but it was well worth it! Store was very big with two floors with lots of displays, we met a nice young girl called Jessica who was very helpful with our questions. Antony Bennett1 StarPrices ok, products good quality. Delivery, communication and service after they have your money absolutely awful. Very difficult to get through on the phone, emails are not responded to, been waiting 3 days , promises made and not kept. Got through on the phone after a 35 minute wait, promises made, none kept. Paid £90 for delivery which didn’t show up, no communication as to why, then 1 parcel of 5 showed up a day later, 2 and 3 parcels arrived 4 days later, still waiting for the next 2. I’ve been into the store twice, about to go again as no response to email complaint. I still have no idea if they have made any contact with the delivery company. How difficult is it to pick up the phone or send an email keeping me up to date in this day and age??Monday 19th June 2023
