Went to the post office was served by Pam, thought she was only doing travel money as that's what was above her head. Obviously that's on me and she was helpful with the information she gave but she was really rude and sarcastic

First time in this shop since the re-fit and I must say that I was quite impressed with the place. The shop was clean, tidy, bright, more open plan, easier to move about then before and generally well organised. My only gripes are that the range isn't what it used to be plus I would like to see some indiviudality in terms to what is stocked between branches. Would recommend shopping here for any stationery, book, art or card purchases.

What’s there to say? It’s a WH Smith. They have what you need when other shops don’t. Really a place of convenience when you can’t wait and need goods same day. They have self checkout and a post office (also with self checkout) which is always a boon.
