Organised a mortgage/protection meeting at 11am today with Josh Parkin, rang up at 11:15 to query why I hadn't been contacted to be told my number had been passed to their worker incorrectly and the he would ring me asap. I've then been waiting for a further 20 minutes to receive an email explaining this mistake and that he is unavailable to carry out today's meeting. Totally unprofessional and wasted my time. Would not recommend this service.
