William H Brown handled my recent property sale and the service was excellent throughout. Eliza who carried out the valuation was very knowledgeable of the local market. Lawrence was extremely enthusiastic, polite and efficient and arranged a number of promising viewings within days of the property going on the market. I had offers at or close to the asking price on the property within a couple of weeks of instruction. There were a few issues that arose along the way to completion and Sam and his team were very supportive and proactive in helping to find solutions. I would thoroughly recommend this estate agent anyone looking to sell property in this area.
