Car started to make horrible noises on the way over for a midweek break. Phoned them on arrival, explained the predicament, and they got us in the next day.
Dropped it off at 8am, had it diagnosed by 8.35am and was fixed and ready for collection by 12pm. The receptionist was cheerful and friendly at drop off and collection.
Prices were in line with my expectations, and online indications as to how much it should cost.
