I left my cat at Willowbrook as a trial away from home, and people who she know's. I usually leave her with my son and his family. I did expect her to be very upset, and with drawn, as she never leaves my side while I am at home. She came back happy and groomed, as I had ask. She did want extra fuss from me, but I think she was just making up for what she had missed from me. She as so pleased to see me.

I've been undecided if to post this as Emma was lovely about the situation but I just can't let it go what happened to Lunar. I dropped my cat of on Thursday 27th August to stay 5 nights, she has been there a few times before so we thought she would be fine. On the 4th day I had a phone call around 1/2pm saying Lunar had got out the evening before and was no where to be seen. The cattery had people out looking for her thankfully but unfortunately she was no where to be seen. Emma kept us upto date as we where over 3 hours away on holiday, I had many family members out looking for her and posted all over social media. It was one of the worst experiences we have ever gone through, our animals are our life and I couldnt imagine the pain of loosing her. I was distraught all day and it ruined the last couple of days of our holiday, we even came home early as we just wanted her to be at home. Luckily that evening she made herself back and Emma caught her. I had a call around 10/11pm from Emma saying she had Lunar and she is back in her pen. When it came to collect her we where shown where she got out. There was no hole in the fence or anyway to escape, the only way she could have gotten out is if someone left the door open and it didn't hit the latch. A human error but this could have cost my poor cat her life! She had then dug out the next fence, it was a small hole but she is a small cat. This experience has really put me on edge and I feel I can't trust anyone now with my animals. You take your dogs/cats to kennels and catterys to be safe while your away. Lunar was far from safe.

Really organised and lovely staff. Rooms are clean which is great but on the small side which is reflected in the low price. I would have awarded it 5 stars and wouldn't have minded paying more for a bigger space. All other cat hotels in the area with bigger spaces were fully booked. Service was excellent.
