Leaving this place was the best thing that ever happened to me! What a waste of my life the time I spent there. I didn’t gain any confidence in face it was the opposite my self esteem was very low . Shouting teachers : I remember one teacher shouting at me “ it’s not rocket science”in maths. The forest school teacher shouted at everybody for nothing ! She’s gone now a bit to late damage is done !

Having re-located to Didcot two years ago from afar, I was very pleased with the welcome my family received from all the staff at Willowcroft Community School. Everyone was so helpful and supportive to my children and their specific needs. I do not usually take the time to review my experiences, but I am astonished by some comments made by a minority of people on review sites and other social media, about this school and other schools in the town. I find such personal comments very distasteful and inappropriate, and am aware of the negative effect such comments can have, having worked in public facing occupations my entire working life. Sadly people tend to complain when something hasn’t gone their way, and more often or not do not give a balanced view of their experience, unfortunately people rarely say when something is good, hence I felt it was time I reviewed the school. I would suggest that any parents considering any school, make an appointment and visit the school and see for yourself. That’s exactly what we did as a family and we have not looked back. I would highly recommend this school.

Willowcroft is a wonderful school and the staff have been awesome with my son who has difficulties. They are open and informative. This school cares about all the children who attend and treat them with compassion. I can not fault the school.

The most disgusting, fouled mouth school I have ever come across , the swearing of the head and the deputy head in meetings in front of so many professionals, mistreatment of vulnerable mothers with children with special educational needs is disgusting !!! SENCO is useless on purpose, she will talk your ear off for hours about nothing ,all she is looking at is ££ NOT to spend on special educational needs but on favorite clever children to impress mums and dads. They lie to you when they say that they have applied for a statement !!! They harass you with phone calls with false claims about your children . the govnours HAVE NO CLUE WHAT GOES ON IN THIS PLACE AND DONT CARE !! The same horrible people are still in charge ,still there to cover up ,I feel sorry for the children there and their future ! Oh yeah I forgot to mention nearly all the people who have written a review on this site come from Didcot girls school so they are friends with the deputy head just look on face book ! DISGUSTING PLACE !!! ALL LIES !! All that is written is in my opinion and I have every right to voice it ! SO IT IS ALL IN MY OPNION !!

My friend once found a staple in her meal and everything is disgusting and the cleaners just dont clean. I hope this school improves
