Matt Williams5 StarThis is priceless feedback. Witchblair engineering carried out a full engine rebuild on my BMW 320 estate. Every step of the way I was kept informed but the true gem is the fact that I am writing this feedback 6 years after the engine rebuild. I am still driving the same car and it is still driving like new. Not a single thing has gone wrong since the rebuild and touch wood this car will keep going for many years yet. David Humphries1 StarWas good in the past but won't be going back. Very poor customer service, expected me to order and pickup a part because he "doesn't know the number for Hyundai" - I didn't mind picking it up but the part was £180 with no refunds so was reluctant to place the order in case I ordered the wrong thing. This was after a month of first contacting Witchblair with the problem. Doesn't have time for his customers, I've always paid straight away for previous jobs with no hassle and been as flexible as possible given his busy forecourt. Will take my business elsewhere in future.Tuesday 27th April 2021
John Pritchard1 StarI would not recommend this garage to anyone. The guy that runs it is unprofessional and I will definitely not be going back here. He treats the local residents appallingly and encourages his customers to park in the bays outside of their houses rather than on his own forecourt. I've heard that he dumps cars that are waiting for repair all around the village taking up parking spaces for months on ends with no consideration for others! I feel sorry for the residents who live opposite as they cannot park outside of their houses. His work is over-rated and his prices are very high. Definitely one to avoid!Friday 23rd October 2020
