stephen Crawley1 StarOrdered on a Friday night so expected a little delay, ordered via the just eat app. Delivery said it had been delivered at 1930 but had not received. Tried to contact the resteraunt over 40 times and could never get through. Food arrived 45 mins later. Cold and not very nice, nevertheless I was starving and it had cost me 32£ I wasn't going to let it go to waste. Started eating it to find a massive long hair amongst the chowmein. Pulled it out shrugged it off and continued. Now the worrying bit, as I'm eating there everynow and then there was a crunch, to my horror when I spat it out. Little pieces of glass where in the food !!!! I'd definitely never ever order from here again !!!!!!! And before use want to deny it I have plenty of picturesSaturday 13th February 2021
Hangry Man5 StarWe ordered a huge feast and every element was excellent. This is by far the best Chinese takeaway I have ever experienced. Utterly delicious, well spiced, not greasy or oily and no dodgy tasting ingredients. You can tell good quality, fresh ingredients are used. All 10 of us demolished this huge order, there was not a morsel left.Sunday 24th December 2017
Jordan Nagra1 StarIf your idea of great customer service is having a worker at this restaurant shout at you aggressively and tell you to never order from them again (all because I highlighted they had forgotten part of my order) then this is the place for you!
Our food arrived and a main dish was missing. Called them to say it was missing and was told they will get a delivery driver to bring it straight away. I asked for their urgency as the rest of our food would be going cold whilst we waited.
25 minutes later and remainder of food still hadn’t arrived so I called again. I was told on the phone to be patient, received no apology and was actually asked “have you never made a mistake in your life before”. I therefore asked for a refund for the forgotten dish.
This then escalated to the man I spoke to shouting aggressively down the phone to me to “sort your refund out yourself online, why should I do this for you” and to “never call back and order again”. All of which was recorded on my Wife’s phone.Monday 2nd September 2019
