I honestly can’t thank the team at Audi in Worcester enough for the fantastic service myself and my son received. I called up as there was a fault with the brake light and we were told we could be seen immediately. A part was needed and it was ordered and fixed within less than 24 hours. Toby was simply amazing as was the lovely lady on reception who asked us every minute if we were happy and being looked after. I would recommend Audi Worcester to anyone and want to thank Toby and the lady for everything they did for us. Simply outstanding service.
