Order number 36755974. Bought my infinity kitchen from wren, and cannot fault anything. From design to delivery everything was fantastic. Good quality kitchen at a very good price. And the 0% interest payment plans suited very well. Would definitely recommend wren for your new kitchen

The staff at the showroom were not pushy they helped you all the way through the design and had no problem rejigging if you had another idea. The installation team ere very good and very fussy ,they were very quick and very tidy. The next day wrens had arranged to pick up all the rubbish, the whole thing from start to finish was excelllent would highly recommend.

We had a great experience our kitchen design was everything we wanted it to be. We were able to really take time to get it perfect and it was. Now that the kitchen is in we are so happy with the quality and condition of the units and worktops.

This is our second kitchen we have had with wrens Maidstone. We went back to the same executive we used the first time, Richard. Once again, Richard was brilliant from start to finish helping us design our new kitchen. We had many appointments with him as we were a little indecisive, he was so patient and understanding and offered a lot of advice. The kitchen is now fitted, brilliant quality just like our first one we had with wrens. Fantastic service from start to end. Richard is a credit to wrens at Maidstone.

Designer Jessica was friendly and professional. Showroom was clean and ‘glossy’. After we discovered a plethora of issues with our first AND second delivery, the commitment from the Store Manager quickly dwindled. It would seem that as soon as you’ve handed over £10k, you’re at the mercy of Customer Services, who quite frankly are as much used as a chocolate teapot (if you can get through to them at all). We are almost 6 months post-sale and our ‘Wrenovation’ is still littered with problems. Wren even offered to give a full refund if we rip it out and allow them to collect it, account for every item, before throwing it into their skip. I was keen for removal and refund but their Case Manager suggested this would be a massive upheaval and was ‘keen’ to find a better solution. Therefore, I started negotiating an alternative to starting from scratch but he was supposed to reply two days ago and I’ve heard nothing. So here we go again, playing the waiting game and no one at Wren appears to give a flying monkeys. I really wanted to wait until the kitchen was finished before posting this, but 6 months on, I’m running out of goodwill and patience now. Save your money, time, upset, stress and annoyance and just go else where.
