From our experience and In my opinion, this company cannot be trusted and I would advise anyone not to buy from them . We purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from Wye car sales. Although the car worked fine when we test drove it, it began to show a problem immediately after we collected it , misfiring , intermittent loss of power. Wye car sales took the car in for repair and claimed to have fixed it. They promised us in writing that if the fault re occurred within 3 months, they would accept the car back and give us a full refund. The fault returned within a few days, first they claimed that they did not have funds available and agreed a date to refund us. Then they stopped answering our calls and Emails. They are now claiming that their company is under new management and are refusing to honor their promise. I am now going to take this up with trading standards. i wouldn't even give them one star but it isn't possible to post the review with zero stars.
