We tried several pubs in Upton but liked this one the best. Friendly staff and locals, decent beer and scotch eggs to die for!! Dog friendly too.

Very nice pub with friendly bar staff. Dog friendly and nice patio area at the back. Good choice of real ales. Didn't eat as they had just stopped serving but thoroughly enjoyed a packet of garlic mushroom crisps?! Would definitely recommend (crisps and pub).

We were 10 people with 8 different meals all of which were first rate and impeccably served by friendly and efficient staff on Saturday 2nd July. A perfect evening So would like to thank the staff and chef.
