Clients will see a consistent and easy to track parcel delivery service to outside of the UK with customers kept informed every step of the way. As Yodel deliver to every postcode in the UK, Xpert provides additional features for specialised delivery requirements such as address only, high value goods, exchange and BFPO services. Perfect for those more special deliveries and parcels that need a little more help getting to your customer. Utilising our outstanding service partners, we can deliver a two or three day service in the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man with collections made within the UK by Yodel. Customers have access to a fully tracked parcel delivery and retailers can check the status of their parcels within Yodel's portals. With thousands of Yodel Direct stores across the UK, it just got even easier for customers to send parcels directly to family, friends & through their online marketplaces in bulk. Yodel Direct users can choose delivery methods including store-to-door or store-to-door services to suit their end customers' needs.

On a corporate level, Yodel are atrocious. It’s easy to blame the drivers, but they are given workloads that are entirely unrealistic and work on a pay structure and hours that are unreasonable. The entire setup is terrible; every time a vendor tries to send me something and ‘Yodel’ appears as the courier, I try to cancel. Honestly, what kind of business model are they even trying operate. Avoid at all costs.

They make Evrie look good. They make getting information nearly impossible. Waiting on the phone for 28 minutes then they cut me off. Firstly claimed to have attempted delivery, then claimed they couldn't find my address!

Appalling service. Driver passed my house 4 times and did not deliver. Nearly 3 hours late delivering within my time slot. No way to contact yodel because it’s all automated and the phone number leads you to nowhere.

If I could give them zero I would.. Absolute no customer service. Pointless webcam agents that just lie rather than actually investigate what has gone wrong....and no number to ring and speak to people in person. This company should be closed down.

Paid for next day Saturday delivery as had already been let down by clothing not turning up for my upcoming holiday. Yeovil depot received my parcel 6am on the Saturday but by 4pm still hadn’t said it was out for delivery. I spoke to someone on the web chat who said it would be delivered by 9pm and if it’s not to contact them again. I asked what time the chat closes to which he said 9pm. 7.30pm comes around and I go back to log into the online chat which states it closed at 5pm. Absolutely disgusting service and now have no clothing for my holiday tomorrow
