S2 Customs1 StarAbsolutely useless. Driver clearly couldn't be bothered to drive from Whittlesey to March to deliver so marked it as unable to find address (which they managed to find perfectly day before)

This company is nothing but liars and they should not even be about. This company is a joke beware and try your best not to use. They did not want to resolve the issue. Instead wanted me to driver 50miles to collect the the parcel what a joke.Saturday 18th February 2023

Male Storm3 StarThe tracking said they had tried to deliver and nobody was in so they left a card to rearrange. We were in and received no card! Customer service were quite good in (hopefully) resolving the issue but just wonder how a driver with a full address and postcode can make such an error, especially in this day and age with all the available tech. Hopefully won't get him again!!!!!Saturday 12th November 2022
